Do an initial evaluation of the investment opportunities that the 11 Impact Startups present and decide: a) Which of them you would be interested to invest in. b) The amount willing to invest. c) Determine if you would like to buy debt or equity. d) The type of investor you would like to be (lead vs follow). e) The non-monetary contribution you could provide them. f) The main provisions you would add on the term sheet.
