For nine evening workshops, 20 angel investors work together on investor analysis of a handful of promising startups. The startups are competing for their attention and investment.
The participating investors, both experienced and new to angel investing, set aside 50 000 NOK each upon entering the challenge. During the program they work together in groups, selecting and helping the startups become investor ready, before selecting 3-5 startups that they negotiate deals with and help fundraise.
Pre Program - PREPARATIONS
Investors read and review the startup applications. Startups prepare their pitch, growth plan and investor material.
Stage 1 - NETWORKING AND LEARNING
Investors and startups train together. Build trusted relationships and learn best practises on company building and startup investing.

Stage 3 - NEGOTIATIONS & GROWTH CHALLANGES
Investors and founders meet to perform due diligence and negotiate deal terms.
Thur Nov 15th - Building the deal
Thur Nov 22nd - Agree on terms and plans for fundraising
Thur Nov 29th - Completing the deals, and kick off fundraising
Stage 4 - FUNDRAISING
When the terms are agreed, the fundraising is on. Help your favourite startup fill up their investment round.
